Lost words wallet headed wallet

Hello, I subscribed to the subscription and the coins arrived on my Trust Wallet, but the wallet passwords and part of the staking coins on the wallet were lost. Can I get the staking coins back or at least the next batch of the subscription sent to my new Trust Wallet?
