As a result, I requested through the program to change the location for receiving tokens to a new wallet before the tokens were distributed.
I sent multiple messages to inform you of the issue and to confirm that the tokens should not be deposited in the old wallet. However, to date, I have not received any tokens in my new wallet, which has caused me to lose all my tokens.
